Design Hub in Pretoria

 Eau-La-La Art & Trends Cafe

I was so excited to come across this awesome shop in Pretoria the other day...These kind of  'arty' shops are mostly found in Cape Town and in Joburg and are limited to a handful in Pretoria. I must add I would love to see more of these shops pop up in Pretoria! 

Eau-La-La is situated at Cape Connection in Garsfontein road, just off the Highway, and showcase a unique collection of art, hand-made crafts and design concepts...and for the love-to-browse type (like me), this place is truly one you can lose yourself in for more than an hour or two :)

"Eau-La-La is a collaboration of talent and passion for owners Elitha Peachy, Ingrid Smit and Wilna Strey, who's dream it is to create an environment where people can meet, relax and appreciate the creativity of others."

There is just sooo much to see! From cushions to gumboots to rustic clocks to...ok I can go on and on! But you get the idea (click here for more) 

Public workshops are held by Eau-la-la every second week, providing opportunity for artists and professional speakers to be accessible to their clients. There workshops include art classes, photography discussions, flower arranging, interior design, etc.

"We have particular passion for woman and their unique role within society. Our workshops will frequently aim to address this need by providing a means for woman to get together, where they will be free to share their passion and talents in a beautiful, inspiring and productive setting."
