Discovering Johannesburg

I love discovering new places... and with me working in Johannesburg while living in Pretoria, I never really felt like driving all the way to Johannesburg over weekends. This year however, with more and more of my friends not only working in Jo'burg but staying here too, that has changed. Over the last few years I have been so blessed with so many really cool people that have come into my life, and with them a whole new world of places they know about!!

Yesterday morning a few of us decided to go explore 44 Stanley Avenue in Johannesburg...one of those really awesome places that reminds me of Cape Town. It can probably be compared to a very posh Duncan Yard (which I adore) or maybe Long Street wrapped up in one little block with hidden pathways to cool shops and really great places to eat!
