Some neighbours were less than happy when the smell coming from our Weber on Tuesday night started trickling through their windows...but how can one be sorry if this is what we got to enjoy for dinner? :-)
Midweek recipe requires the following
- Charcoal, blitz and matches
- Weber
- Wine, beer and a designated bartender
- A designated braai-guy
- Some good company, preferably with a sense of humour and good conversational skills to keep braai-guy entertained
- One lady to prepare the yummy Haloumi, pepper and button mushroom skewers
- At least one more to keep her company and help with the salad
- Juicy vleisies
- Music (optional)
